Povzetek
The proposed Module consist of lectures, training courses and roundtable debates. All lectures and events focus on the economics of EC Competition Law. Since competition law is inherently linked with economics, the understanding of EC Competition Law requires the application of economic tools. Disregard of the economics in competition cases can cause major irregularities in proper functioning of markets.The proposed lectures are dedicated to the economics of the EC antitrust as well as state aid rules. They will not addressed only to the law students but especially to the non-law students who had not yet come into contact with the EC Competition Law in Slovenia. The knowledge about economics of EC Competition law will help them to enhance their understanding of EC Competition rules and its adequate application in real cases.Because of growing number of cases and the severe punishment for infringement of competition rules which have been introduced into Slovanian legislation just recently, the training courses and roundtable debates will primarily address all citizens and specific civil society groups, especially The proposed Module consist of lectures, training courses and roundtable debates.
