Building physics aspects of energy transfer, thermal: heating and cooling and accentuated daylight flows with control systems are still treated separately. Functionaly dispersed and separated research are characteristic in the field of building physics, and more in the field of control systems, relevant to this problems. Global importance of treated theme is in an extensive debate today through different slogans, as for instance CO2 emmissions, without conctete results. In the filed of built environment, in our case buildings, the problematic of energy use in living and working environment is not treated globaly. The infulence of thermal and light flows harmonisation controled by systems of new infromation technologies in the field of the most impotrant renewable energy source: solar radiation in the framework of treatment of rationa use of energy on the level of renewable enrgy use is not adequately nvestigated and evaluated. The problem and demand for synergy are stressed in different programmes and subprogrames (see 1.6.5.) of EC 6. FP This is the main theme of our proposal: harmonisation of influential factors dealin with design of living and working environment: dynamic structure of the building's envelope and incorporated control systems, on firm physical basis using new information technologies and control systems.
