Members of the research group have contributed to the body of knowledge by their publications in the international journals and books, by presenting their papers at the international conferences and by their participation in the international projects and networks. In the COST A13 programme they have participated at the revival and development of the concepts, such as social citizenship and activation of the unemployed. In the international project on the integration of work and learning they have together with the experts from Hungary, Germany and the Netherlands proposed some new forms of integration of work and learning in the companies and schools and thus contributed to the development of learning organisation. They have also contributed to the elaboration of scenarious for the development of VET in Europe. In cooperation with the European Foundation on Social Quality they have contributed to the development of the concept of social quality and the indicators for its follow up. In these as well as other projects, such as the one carried out by Cranet network they have pointed at the specifics in the transition countries. They contribution could be observed also in promoting the corporate and institutional understanding of labour market and the role of elites in the management of complex systems. They have pointed at the process of devolution of HRM and at the variations in commitment of employees to their organisations in Europe. Their publications have been cited 63 times, they have published 19 scientific articles and 16 book chapters in foreign languages, and they have presented and published 25 papers at international conferences. They have been involved in 26 international projects.
