We have 43 publications in respectable international journals, about 2200 (two thousand two hundred) SCI citations, and about 100 (one hundred) invited lectures at repectable international conferences, universities and institutes worldwide, and 50 invited visits of foreign and domestic scientists at CAMTP. The problems that we are dealing with and their solutions contribute to the worldwide treasure of knowledge, as all our results are published in respectable international scientific journals, and they are typically very influencial, as reflected in the high number of SCI citations and numerous invitations with invited talks at international conferences and institutions. The leader of the research programme (principal investigator), Prof.Dr. Marko Robnik has about 2000 SCI citations, and the other members reasearchers about 200. All reasearches in our research programme are strongly interdisciplinary, and they contribute to the enhanced communication between different scientific disciplines and in this way widen and deepen the scientific knowledge worldwide. Apart from the very important interdisciplinary and international dimensions it is necessary to stress pedagogical and conference activities, in the worldwide context, as CAMTP, where our research programme is carried out, organizes also the international summer schools and conferences Let's Face Chaos through Nonlinear Dynamics. These conferences and schools are worldwide leading, 3rd and 4th were held at CAMTP of the University of Maribor in the years 1996 and 1999. The last one, 5th, was in 2002 at CAMTP UM and we had 130 participants from all over the world, among them 40 invited lecturers, among them 8 from Germany, 7 from Japan, and 7 from Slovenia, and from numerous other countries like EU, USA, Israel etc. CAMTP will continue with these very successful schools and conferences , the next, 6th one, will take place in June/July 2005. Apart from that CAMTP also organizes the European Advanced Studies Conferences (EASC) , up to now there were four (Bexbach, Germany, October 2000, Otocec, Slovenia, October 2001, Trakoscan, Croatia, May 2002, Novacella, Italy, May 2003). The next one will take place at Patras and Ancient Olympia, Greece, in July 2004. CAMTP also organizes Slovenia-Japan Seminars, so far we had three: November 2002 in Tokyo, July 2003 in Maribor, and November 2003 in Tokyo (Part I) and in Kyoto (Part II). Finally, CAMTP also organizes the Symposia of physicists at the University of Maribor, and so far there were two (December 2002, and December 2003). Another aspect in the research work is the essential contribution to education of young researchers in the international framework.
