The lecture presented forms of cyberbullying and harrasment through the use of the Internet and mobile phones. It then showed negative consequences and harms such acts may have on students wellbeing, e.g. distress and psychosomatic symptoms they may develop, or decreased school results. The paper concluded with presentation of remedies available to victims of cyberbullying - conceptual and those avaliable in various jurisdictions- especially criminal and civil liability of schools and bullies.

In addition, prof. Filipčič has co-authored a special manual, which empowers teachers to properly understand and use the aforementioned guidelines.

COBISS.SI-ID: 283805952The lecture addressed the issue of victims of crime, which are exposed to numerous pressures in criminal proceedings and can experience so called secondary victimization. This is a particularly pressing issue when it comes to juvenile victims of crime. The author presented measures to prevent secondary victimization, as regulated in Slovenian law, and pointed out some weak spots that need to be upgraded.
