The students of the Master study of spatial planning at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodesy organized a multi-day workshop dealing with the issue of development in Log pod Mangartom and in the surroundings of Bovec. The workshop was interdisciplinary because we invited students of different profiles - civil engineering, surveying, forestry and landscape architecture and geography. The area under consideration requires careful consideration and design creative solutions, because it is a landslide terrain that was reconstructed following the natural disaster in autumn of 2000 (landslide, debris flow). The objectives of the workshop included the analysis of the specific state of the area and design proposals for the revitalization of the area, from a pedagogical point of view, the promotion of interdisciplinary thinking of students, solving problems, and comprehensive - resilience treatment of the problem set.
