The theory is then used to explain stability of organic nanotubes and other membranous non-lamellar structures. The description derives from metods of statistical physics, elastomechanics and classical theory of electromagnetic field. Also shown are results of experiments with artificial and cellular membranes which were performed along with the development of the theory during last 20 years.

COBISS.SI-ID: 11076436Photodegradation of different pesticides in honey and water samples in the in oxygen, and in nitrogen atmosphere was presented. Experiments, performed on spiked samples of honey were conducted using Atlas Suntest simulator. Photodegradation experiments with three different OPs, coumaphos, methyl parathion and fenitrothion, were conducted under three different intensities as 250 W/m2, 500 W/m2 and 750 W/m2. Significant decreases of three OPs’ concentrations were observed. In the case of coumaphos photodegradation in water, the fastest reaction occurred in nitrogen atmosphere, where the formation of an oxoanalogue was also detected, verified and confirmed by laser flash photolysis. The photodegradation of imidacloprid, neoicotinoid insecticide, takes place very fast and several different degradation products have been detected and confirmed by GC-MS. The photodegradation of the ryanodine insecticide chlorantraniliprole under UV-C light, took place fast with half life of 40 sec with the formation of one main product A.

SANBOX refers to a novel source separating sanitation approach for remote tourist facilities in Europe. The SANBOX system aims to reach a high treatment performance, recycle water and nutrients and use solar power as its energy source. Project duration: 1.04.09 31.3.11.
