The aim of this research was to evaluate whether the exposure to known doses of estrogens through consumption of cows’ milk could affect blood hormone levels in mice and influence some reproductive parameters. Results indicate that milk from highly pregnant cow which contained estrone in concentration of 65,2 pg/mL and 17β-estradiol in concentration of 92,7 pg/mL did not affect estrogen plasma levels neither changed uteri weight nor plasma testosterone levels in experimental animals.
