Members of the project group lecture at the Graduate School of the Scientific Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts, in the Comparative Studies of Ideas and Cultures programme, philosophy module. Jelica Šumič Riha is head of the programme. In their lectures, they present the results of their own research work and discuss other philosophical currents and findings. Their research and pedagogical work are thus connected into a sensible whole.

Aside from scientific publications, Aleksandar Kešeljević and Tadej Troha have also published regular monthly columns and other articles in the daily newspaper Dnevnik and other periodicals. They have thereby demonstrated that it is possible to communicate complex ideas to the broader public.

COBISS.SI-ID: 21878502The lecture discussed the fundamental epistemological aspects of Freud's invention of psychoanalysis and presented critique of philosophy with the help of Lacan's notion of anti-philosophy. At this point the lecture referred notably to Marx's critique of political economy (the problem of commodity fetishism and the ideology of self-regulation of the markets), where it demonstrated that Marx and Freud share a series of epistemological and socially-critical points of departure.
