The book Na sipinah preteklosti presents the results of archaeological research of Copper Age sites on the territory of central part of Prekmurje. Systematic research on the territory of the plain between Beltinci and Turnišče demonstrated that the gravel dunes are one of the most densely settled regions in Prekmurje – especially in the Copper Age. The Author collects and presents the major sites and based on discovered finds demonstrates the cultural characteristics of the end of early Copper Age in the region.

The book Turnišče presents the results of archaeological research on a site located to the south of village Turnišče in Prekmurje. It was one of the richest among the numerous sites discovered on the gravel field between Beltinci and Turnišče. In her analyses the author demonstrates the cultural development of the end of Early Copper Age and presents the extent and importance of cultural contacts on the territory of western Pannonia in this period. Conducted research represents a major contribution to the understanding of pottery production in the Copper Age. Analyzing the sizes of vessels and their volume she demonstrated that there was a certain degree of standardization in the production.

The book Ivankovci presents the results of research on the archaeological site discovered close to Lendava in Prekmurje. Beside the Roman were discovered remains from the Copper Age. Interesting were remains from the Copper Age which, according to the typological characteristics of the finds as well as the absolute dating of samples could be dated to the period of transition from the early to middle Copper Age. On the site was discovered a fragment of a zoomorphic handle of a vessel – it is one of the formal characteristics of pottery making their appearance with the beginning of middle Copper Age when the economy of Copper Age societies started to shift more and more towards cattle breading.

The article presents a major contribution to the knowledge of cultural history of Slovenia and a contribution to research of absolute chronologies of prehistory in Central Europe. The author, based on long-lasting systematic work, supported with an extensive program of radiocarbon dating as well as dendrochronological analyses, presents an absolute chronological model of cultural development and of the succession of occupations on the territory of Central Slovenia – precisely on Ljubljansko barje. He compared the results with individual dated contexts from territory of Eastern Slovenia.
