All members of the project group lecture at the Graduate School of the Scientific Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts, in the Comparative Studies of Ideas and Cultures programme, philosophy module. Jelica Šumič Riha is head of the programme. In their lectures, they present the results of their own research work and discuss other philosophical currents and findings. Their research and pedagogical work are thus connected into a sensible whole.
D.10 Educational activities
Marina Gržinić Mauhler is ordinary professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna (2003–2014). In her lectures she brings art, contemporary theory, and practice into relation with biopolitics. Her special focus is on the forms of connections between biopolitics and the politics of representation, and on analysing the processes of becoming human in the practice of esthetic abstraction and artistic formalization in culture and theory. Gržinč Mauhler has contributed to the international embeddedness of the research programme and to improvements in educational activities.
