The book Corporations and partnerships in Slovenia was published by the renowned Kluwer publishing house in the Encyclopedia of Law collection, and represents a methodologically consistent comparative outline of the Slovene corporate law in the context of the current European corporate law trends.

In present book authors describe basic terms about the law of public institutions. They describe historical overview of legal regulation of public institutions and general and special adopted laws regulating public institutions in Slovenian legal system. Authors also compare Slovenian legal regulation of public institutions with some regulations in chosen EU-member states. In central part of the book authors define legal personality of the public institutions and legal regulation of corporate governance of public institutions. Public debts are not the cause, they are the consequence of financial crisis; their enhancement enabled the governments to rescue banks and to prevent economic, social and political cataclysm. Thus, with rapid decrease of public expenditures and shrinking of the public sector the crisis will only deepen. The "golden rule" which imposes "proper" fiscal policy to different economic environments, strengthens asymmetric shocks of monetary policy, and discards already limited fiscal autonomy of the EU member states.
