The paper describes Slovenian campain open doors of nearly zero energy buildings (nZEB) (www.0energijskehise.si), that enabled 1500 visitors in the years 2013 and 2014 to visit residential, public and commercial nZEB buildings and learn about the experiences directly from the building owners and investors.
F.34 Consultancy
COBISS.SI-ID: 512050971The paper explains the technical definition of nearly zero energy building for a public non-residential buildings (for an office building) and explains the background based on the national cost-optimal study of minimum requirements for energy efficiency of buildings as prescribed in Directive EPBD Recast (31/EU/2010).
F.26 Improvements to existing organisational structure and managerial solutions
COBISS.SI-ID: 512051227The article explains the analysis of measured data about the energy consumption in apartment buildings aiming at monitoring and targeting of energy indicators. It clarifies the background of normalization of measured data with annual deegree days.
F.23 Development of new system-wide, normative and programme solutions, and methods
COBISS.SI-ID: 512053019The courseware is meant to support the training of independent experts doing the energy performance certificates (EPC) of buildings, led by building and Civil Engineering Institute ZRMK based on public authorisation of the ministry of infrastructure in 2011-2014 and 2014-2019. The training in the amount of 27 hours of lectures and seminary was prescribed by Energy Act (EZ-1) and the corresponding regulation on training of independent experts (200). The content cover the legislation, advice for increase of energy efficiency of buildings, methodology of elaboration and issuing of EPCs.
F.18 Transfer of new know-how to direct users (seminars, fora, conferences)
COBISS.SI-ID: 512044059Energetskaizkaznica.si - web platform for professional public, for building owners, obliged to order energy performance certificate for their building, and for licenced independent experts doing the certificates. Web platform was developed to support the implementation of energy performance certificates in Slovenia according to EU Directive EPBD Recast (31/EU/2010) and the Energy Act (EZ-1). The stakeholders of EPC obligation in Slovenia are supported via the web platform with the following information and service: information on legislation on energy performance certificates (EPC), details on the obligations, structured data base of licenced independent experts amended with professional references and regional coverage information, technical details on EPC elaboration and issuing, training environment simulating elaboration and issuing of EPCs, club of independent experts, with a web forum on actual topics related to EPCs and building renovation as well as FAQ. A special part of the web platform is an advisory section dedicated to the improvement of buildings' energy efficiency, where commercially independent information on cost effective measures on building and systems as well on the increase of renewables are available; the cost optimal set of measures leads to nearly zero-energy building. The web platform contains also the e-registry of EPCs, informally and provisionally used as a national e-registry of EPCs in Slovenia. Web platform has a public part and an internal part, daily used by approx. 300 licenced independent experts and occasionally by trainees at EPCs trainings.
