Paper was a first public presentation of the influence of the Andechs-Merans and the Babenbergs in the foundation and artistic image of the Jurklošter charterhouse. The authoress presented also the relations of the Jurklošter monastery to the Žiče charterhouse. She critically reflected upon the thesis according to which Leopold VI established a workshop from Vienna or vicinity to erect the church in Jurklošter. She gave the detailed presentation of the role of the Andechs family in the introducing St. Maurice as the patron of the church and the Valley of Jurklošter.

Above all, it emhasized the close relation with the renowned Central-European political personas, among which Leopold VI of Babenberg and Eckbert of Andechs had the most important role. Saint Mauricius was introduced as the patron of the church, this testifies to the close relations of Jurklošter charterhouse with the Andechs as the one of the most influencal aristocratic families in Central Europe in the High Middle Ages.
