This is the first monograph in Slovenia - the relationships between Czech and Slovenian musicians as well as the relations between other Slavic (Czech-Slovak-Slovenian) contacts in the field of music has not yet been systematically and comprehensively addressed. This monograph discusses the most important Czech, Slovak and Slovenian musicians who worked on the territory of today's Slovenia and their work influenced in one way or another the Slavic cultures in Slovenia.
