Scholarly discussion on the relationship between international and domestic law in the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court. The Slovenian Constitutional Court applies international law ever more often as a criterion of the judicial review and performs an important task of evaluating the constitutionality of international treaties before they become the law of the land.
