Collection of scholarly articles of most members of the reserach group focusin on these topics: (i) judiciary - social subset and the public; (ii) statutory interpretation inconformity with the constitution; (iii) presuppositions of the principle of proportionality in constitutional decision-making; (iv) judicial decisions as a factor in subsequent judicial decison-making; (v) ethical basis of the judicial profession; (vi) the principle of good faith and fairness; (vii) new tendencies in (Slovenian) tort law; (viii) the determination of parenthood in the praxis if the constitutional court; (ix) the right to social security in (Constitutional) Court Decisions; (x) interest in bringing poroceedings as a prerequisit; (xi) decisions of constitutional courts on the nature and limits of EU law; (xii) the impact of the jurisprudence of the ECHR on the decision-making of the Slovenian Constitutional Court; (xiii) general principles of the international law as the measure of constitutional adjudication.

The Article is devoted to exploring the transformation of the role of the (constitutional) courts in the operation of the Slovenian legal order. It highlights the important shift in our understanding of the purpose constitutional adjudication has played, is playing and is destined to play. The author draws our attention to the increasingly constitutive role constitutional court plays in modern polity.
