Volatile aromatic compounds that give a fresh fruity note are searched and found also in wine. HS-SPME method, which is the main tool of my postdoc project was also applied for the determination of volatile aromatic compounds in wine. At the conference Vines and Wine this relatively new technique has been successfully presented as an upgrade of sensory analysis.

COBISS.SI-ID: 1500667The higher education textbook, Chemical stehiometry, is fast and effective way to learn chemical calculations and offers an easy transition from high school chemistry to more complex forms of chemical calculations, which we have in higher education programs, and later in practice. The examples follow from easiest to hardest, where an overall procedure is presented. At the end of each chapter examples that serve to consolidate knowledge are collected.
