December 10, 2010 in Celje – round table discussion. Cooperation between the state, academic environment and the economy is crucial for the prosperity and economic development of Slovenia. An important process is the rise of quality in higher education and more successful knowledge transfer to the economy. Guests of the round table included mag. Rado Pezdir, General Secretary of the Reflection Group on the Future of the EU Professor dr. Žiga Turk, director of the company Bosio d.o.o. Mr Hugo Bosio, and dr. Janez Šušteršič.
F.17 Transfer of existing technologies, know-how, methods and procedures into practice
Entrepreneurial learning is an important mechanism for strengthening entrepreneurial behaviour. Various studies note that only individuals who possess appropriate knowledge, skills and attitudes and who have sufficiently strong intention for entrepreneurial behaviour, enter into entrepreneurial venture. In this paper author presents a model for developing entrepreneurial intention, in line with some of the theories defining cause-effect relationship between the constructs of entrepreneurial skills, self-efficacy, entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial action.
