The influence of firing conditions on phase composition was investigated by Rietveld method. The amount of crystalline phase is depending on firing time and temperature. During firing process the amount of anorthite phase increase however the concentration of alumina and amorphous phase decrease with increase firing temperature and time.

The sensor characteristics, i.e., offset stability and sensitivity, are always influenced by the level of electronic noise. In the article the use of low-frequency noise as a diagnostic tool for a reliability improvement was presented. We show the correlation between the noise of the sensing resistor technology and the noise of the output voltage on the measured pressure sensor.

In the article the LTCC-based pressure sensors as a promising candidate for wet-wet applications was presented. The effect of the humidity on the sensor’s stability can be a problem, particularly in the case of capacitive sensors. In the case of piezoresistive sensors the influence of the humidity is less critical, but it still should be considered as an important parameter when designing sensors for low-pressure ranges. In the article the stability of the sensors’ offset characteristics was discuss.

In this paper, we have demonstrated the use of LTCC technology for production of 3 D structures. LTCC technology has been used for the manufacture of electromechanical systems, these are the pressure sensor and chemical microsystem, and this is the reformer for methanol.
