Original scientific article describes pattern of social recognition (a model behavior for autism in humans) in mice breed in social groups or in isolation. Especially interesting and novel is observation that social recognition was impaired in mice breed in isolation only for a limited period during puberty, suggesting that social stress in adolescence could have long lasting consequences for social behavior.

Review scientific article/monography chapter about sex differences in the brain. In this article, the author critically reviews results of studies on brain sexual differentiation. Special emphasize is given to the relative roles of sex steroid hormones and genes on sex chromosomes on differences in brain development between males and females.
