In this monograph, one of the most important Slovenian Baroque monuments was introduced from the art historical point of view to the broader public. With a thorough research based on documents in archives the author has resolved many questions, regarding the autorship of architecture and artworks in the Ursuline church in Ljubljana, and placed the heritage of the Ljubljana convent in the broader context of Central European art.

COBISS.SI-ID: 256266240With the public guided tour of Murovec, who is also the author of the exibition (COBISS.SI-ID 32500269), the bequest of easel paintings from the Brežice monastery dispersed in the collections of the monasteries of the Holy Cross Franciscan province and other museum collections were presented to the public for the first time. She analysed them and placed them within the context of the painting related to this religious order and within a wider European context.
