Crisis requires innovation. Managers need unconventional bases. Economic indicators offer one-sided bases for action. Managers need attention to factors of well-being beyond them. Social capital, democratic governance and human rights influence satisfaction and success. Psychological and sociological assessing of well-being uncovers problems and chances for better economic outcomes better. No model for integration of economic and other indicators is known for transitional organizations. A systematic and requisitely holistic measurement tool for assessing key variables of well-being is needed.

For managers to use outcomes of well-being we create measurement tool for assessing its key variables including positive and negative emotions, commitment, purpose and meaning, optimism, trust and life satisfaction; we link them with economic indicators.
