COBISS.SI-ID: 20254694The project's main objective was the preparation of proposals on organizing the sales area, that is, sales departments and the general execution of sales activities in Snaga's business processes. The study first provides general suggestions regarding the development and sales organization of Snaga, followed by concrete proposals relating to sales activities in the sales process and core processes, and further by proposals in relation to the tasks at individual workplaces and the necessary knowledge. Proposals are arising from the theories and best practices in their respective fields (e.g. business process management, sales management), taking into account the actual constraints and organizational culture of Snaga to be feasible in a given real world environment of the client.
