B.05 Guest lecturer at an institute/university
On the Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Affairs (MDDSZ) from December 2010 to October 2011, the analysis of business processes, reorganization and optimization project was carried out. Aim of the project was to ensure the rational functioning of MDDSZ organization, efficient and quality business processes and to ensure the rapid flow of information within the ministry. Main results of the project were to prepare models of key business processes with associated descriptions of activities; the analysis of the recorded business processes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness; the analysis of internal organization and suggestion of renewed business process models and presentation of the effects that proposed changes have. Business process redesign proposal also included new, proces oriented model of organizational structure of the ministry.

COBISS.SI-ID: 20254694The results of the project included – but were not limited to – future directions for business process management and information management, especially in the context of optimizing and unifying business processes, and managing changes. The basic framework of business process and information management is the implementation of process administration system, acting as connecting factor that encompasses different administration systems for business processes, data, and software solutions.
