Measurement of CP violation asymmetry in D+ -) K+K-pi+ decays in the phi resonance region. The measurement sensitivity is around 3x10-3. Some contributions representing systematic uncertainties for other measurements are also precisely estimated, for example the difference in the forward-backward asymmetry between D+ and Ds+ mesons.

The measurement yielding the first evidence of CP violation in any charmed hadron process. However, the CP violation in this specific case is due to the presence of neutral kaons in the final state.

The measurement is the first observation of the Cabibbo suppressed decays D+ -) K+eta' which enables the determination of the hase dfference between the tree and annihilation contribution to the decays. The CP violation measurement in the D+ -) pi+ eta' is consistent with the SM prediction.

Measurement of time integrated asymmetry which with the best sensitivity up to date (down to 3x10-3) shows the absence of CP violation in D meson decays.

Measurement of the y_CP parameter in D^0 decays to K+K-K_S final state, dominated by the intermediate resonant contribution Phi K_S. The y_CP parameter coincides with the parameter y in the limit of negligible CP violation. The latter parameter describes the decay width difference of two neutral D meson mass eigenstates (these do not coincide with the so called flavour eigenstates - D0 and anti-D0; this fact is a condition for the mixing and CP violation phenomena to appear). The result agrees with the current world average of the y measurements and will reduce the uncertainty of the latter.
