Author transmitted the results of his research on spatial points of view on (un)fulfillment of Article 7 of Austrian State Treaty by Austrian State. He stated that Austrian authorities in 1945 defined the regions of settlements of Carinthian Slovenes with the Decree on bilingual education and later while passing the minority “protection” laws they reduced this territory. It happened first when the Austrian parliament passed the Law on usage of Slovene as additional official language in front of judiciary, and later when it passed the Law on nationality groups in 1976.
