COBISS.SI-ID: 26599719Based on a detailed analysis of the results of archaeological research of the fortress walls of Hrušica (Ad pirum) and its interior and on the basis of the study of parallels mainly from North Africa, but also from provinces Noricum and Raetia, we made an attempt at reconstruction of the fortress in the second half of the 4th century. It is intended for general public who visit the ruins but find it difficult to imagine what was the original appearance of the fort. Reconstruction is available online ((http://www.nms.si/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=773%3Aparsjad-digi&catid=63%3Aprojekt-parsjad&Itemid=310&lang=sl). Its interactive version is available for the visitors of the new archaeological exhibition at Hrušica (opened in april 2014) and is, together with the 3D reconstruction of the fortlet Lanišče (by the same author, COBISS.SI-ID 36887341]) shown at the permanent exhibition Roman stories from the crossroads in the National museum of Slovenia.

The exhibition The Ljubjanica - a River and its Past was made by seven authors. Three of them, including the coordinator of the exhibition, are members of our programme team and were in charge of more than a half of the exhibition. More than 1000 objects were on display. They acted as a fil rouge, along which the large illustrations giving a picture of life along the river in different periods, films and explanatory panels were arranged, to show the historical development from the Middle Stone Age to the present in the territory of central Slovenia. Two monographs (in Slovene and English), related to the exhibition were published; they were edited by members of the programme team who are also authors of a large part of the contributions.
