The members of the programme group answered 240 questions received at the online language counselling site and 52 questions sent to the Institute of the Slovenian Language via e-mail. Questions are mainly asked by advanced language users often coming from institutions, such as media companies, state administration, translation service in Luxembourg, associations, schools, as well as by individuals. Questions most often concern normative and semantic information and less frequently relate to onomastics, etymology, word-formation etc.
