The members of the research group organized in 2011 an international conference discussing questions concerning writing national music histories in the second half of the 20th century. Being organized on the occasion of the hundredth anniversary of the birth of Prof. Dragotin Cvetko (the initiator of musicological studies in Slovenia), it was a successeful and influential event, as ca. 25 scholars from various European countries took an active part in it.
