Customization is the buzz word in contemporary learning process of aspiring middle managers. We analyzed 92 students of the Vocational College for Catering and Tourism Bled using Kolb’s experiential learning model. The result of our study suggests that students are mostly focused on present activities, have no preferences in problem solving, like to work with hands and that tangibles, models, and demonstration help them to study.

The question is whether it is necessary to use a large number of tariff groups with a relatively large number of factors or not. If tariff groups and factors fail to reflect cost of implementation of different study programs, a different mechanism should be used for the allocation of (public) funds for higher education.
