The work represents an actual Commentary, which covers all theoretical and practical issues of the civil procedure. The Commentary connects thoughts and views of the legal theory of jurisprudence. Its authors are discussing particular articles of the Civil Procedure Act but also with all procedural institutes. The Commentary is intended for use of those, who are involved in court proceedings. The fourth Book of the Commentary takes into account amended provisions of Articles 1 to 305 and reflects amendments to the law including the Official Gazette RS, No. 57/2009.
