This study was a large questionnaires and clinically based study. In first part we used core questionnaires (N=687) followed by pulmonary specialist clinical examination in selected subjects (N=185). In the second part we used supplementary questionnaires for prevalence estimations (N=1145). We found high prevalence of asthma in Slovenian population (16,3%). Further epidemiological studies are underway to confirm this data.
