The results of this computational model will extend the validity of the solution to both fusion-relevant and general plasmas. The author's approach is as follows: (i) Existing models are extended to the so-called finite-? case, (ii) the kernel is not approximated but calculated exactly, (iii) The basic hydrodynamic quantities like ion density, ion flux, directional energy and temperature are derived directly from the velocity distribution on a grid , (iv) Two types of results are obtained.

COBISS.SI-ID: 11129115The doctoral thesis presents a method and a tool for support in the conceptual design phase. The method includes automated generation of abstract conceptual solutions and semi-automated structural synthesis. In the automated concept generation phase, the focus of the research is on methods and algorithms for management of quantity and quality of automatically generated conceptual solutions. In the structural synthesis phase, the emphasis of the research is on structural visualization of automatically generated conceptual technical systems (TS).

COBISS.SI-ID: 11244315Analysis of efficiency of control has been carried out and in the second phase of project reengineering of control technology has been done. Process of plastic parts moulding is not reliable. Assembly and logistic processes includes human factor. After re-engineering inspection is pushed back into early manufacturing phases.

COBISS.SI-ID: 11146267Constant safety improvements are lowering the existing risks and the improvements made in year 2009 are no exception. In these researches the safety aspects of the replacement of the crane hook and of the installation of permanent safeguards were studied. It was determined that the safety of the polar crane during the earthquake and during standard operation has been improved and therefore the risk was lowered of a possible crane related accident during the operation of the nuclear reactor and also during the service period.

COBISS.SI-ID: 11308571Engineering graphics is a communication tool used in development, manufacturing, assembly, commercialization and solving of all other problems within the field of product production. It is a broad discipline, that needs to be mastered by every engineer, therefore it is crucial that its content is adequately taught and presented to students of technical sciences.
