Parameters are calculated from the DFT coefficients around the component peaks using the Rife-Vincent windows. The idea of the systematic error reduction with the weighted amplitude and phase DFT coefficients is used in the comparative measurement procedure.

The improvements for reducing the influences of the harmonic components can be the estimation with the three-point interpolation and the Hann window.
