The present invention relates to the manufacturing process of the active magnetic regenerator of magnetocaloric materials using laser-welding technology. At first at least one spacer is produced on the magnetocaloric plate, after which a series of plates of magnetocaloric material, designed with at least one spacer, is put on each other in order to create a fund. The fund of a series of plates of magnetocaloric material, designed with at least one spacer, is then connected into said regenerator.

Two mass flow controllers (MFCs) were chosen to be used as transfer standards. The elaboration technique of the comparison results employed a study of the stability of the instruments in the short and medium term that are crucial for validation of measurement capabilities of participating laboratories.

COBISS.SI-ID: 12346907The mechanical properties of the pipe wall material determine the pressure response of a fluid within the pipe. In viscoelastic pipes behavior is characterized by an instantaneous strain followed by gradual retarded strain. This retardation of the pipe wall causes a significant attenuation of pressure oscillations and increases the dispersion of pressure wave. The instantaneous characteristics are obtained from the ridges and skeletons of the wave transform. From the ridges the modal parameters can be extracted and the signal can be reconstructed. The so called fluid mode and pipe mode resonant frequencies are evident and the impact of different pipe wall material properties is shown.

As an example it was shown and analysed a system with thermal diodes based on thermoelectric effect. As the technology of the application the magnetic refrigeration is discussed. The article gives an important contribution for further research and developments, as well as it opens a new domain in science.
