With this paper and the solution of the given problem we won at the IEEE World Congress on Computational intelligence in Australia, organized by IEEE Comutational Society. In the paper the problem of the petrol sales volume estimation is given. A new evolving method eFuMo is presented. The problem is solved using eTS, SAFIS and eFuMo. The results are compared to linear ARX model identified using RLS method. Results using static and prediction model are given. It is shown that the proposed eFuMo method gives better results than the established methods.
