The aim of the project was to develop technology for magnetically oriented BaFe12O19 films for self-biased applications. We developed electrophoretic deposition procedure using degradable electrodes and nonpolar media. In the latter case we managed to obtain films with the magnetic orientation of more than 90%. The screen printing of thick BaFe12O19 films was optimized in cooperation with company Keko Equipment using drying in magnetic field of 24 MOe. The developed films were integrated in a pilot circulator, applicable at 30-40 GHz, by other project partners.
D.06 Final report on a foreign/international project
COBISS.SI-ID: 25550375New method for production of larger quantities of superparamagnetic, photocatalytic particles was developed for Cinkarna Celje Company based on our patent. The particles contain of superparamagnetic iron-oxide nanoparticles and photocatalytic anatase nanoparticles and will be used in water purification with their dispersion in the polluted water and magnetic separation after purification.
