Some methods for printability testing of simple electronic components were developed. The optical microscope, CCD camera and scanning electron microscope were applied. Macros and plug-ins were developed, upgraded and modified to become suitable for application on single- and multilayered structures of components of organic printed electronics.
F.01 Acquisition of new practical knowledge, information and skills
COBISS.SI-ID: 2321264Detailed analysis of conductive lines printed by commercially available silver-based conductive ink was done. The influence of the substrate, curing time and number of wet-to-wet overprinted layers were considered. Parameters that practically do not influence on thickness and wideness of printed lines might influence on the intrinsic properties of the material inside printed lines and therefore also affects resistivity.
