The scientific monograph comprises thirteen discussions on the life and work of Anastasius Grün– A. A. Auersperg, who had profound ties to Slovenian cultural, literary and political history. It sheds light on the multiple dimensions of his work and interests. The discussions focus on Grün’s literary legacy kept in the National Museum of Slovenia, his archival legacy and correspondence, economic and tax-related activities, literary production and legacy, translations of Slovenian folk poems, the Šrajbarski Turn Castle near Leskovec, as well as the cultural pursuits of the Auersperg family.
