Several natural substances from food posses still undiscovered pharmacological properties. They are sometimes hard to define all of the numerous substances that appear in the foods. In our research part of the work is dedicated to the discovery, identification and pharmacological evaluation of some flavonoid and non.flavonoid substances from red wine. Interdisciplinary collaboration was established due to that reason.
