A flash interpolation circuit, which converts a pair of periodical and orthogonal signals into a stream of periodical–phase shifted signals, the amplitude of which can be measured independently of signal’s frequency is patented. Proposed interpolation method is suitable for use in amplitude measuring AMM and automatic gain control AGC systems for automatic signal conditioning, and where a flash interpolator is already a part of the integrated motion control system. It is a base for searching toward new applications and algorithms.

The major advantage of the algorithm is that it running automatically, based on minimal modulation index requiring for maximal reading distance and reliability of data acquisition from a number of transponders.
