The main achievement in 2008 is the inclusion of 239 units into the national electronic Register of Early Music Heritage in Slovenia and into the international RISM (Série A/II) database. The central redaction publishes new data annually on a CD-ROM (all data compiled in 2008 will be published in the 2009 edition or possibly on the internet). The last edition of the RISM CD-ROM that includes the data till September 2008 came out by the end of the year 2008. The new units provided by Slovenian partners are recorded also in the RISM yearly report.

The contribution connected with this project was discussed in the section Context and Meaning in the 17th-Century Sacred Music led by J. Kurtzman and R. Kendrick. The discussion confirmed the importance of the Slovenian contribution to the general trends in the research of Italian sacred music and its dissemination outside today’s Italy.
