Social work as science and speciality is focused on the research of everyday life of people. Qualitative research (ethnographic research, field work) was demonstrated as very useful method, which makes possible lasting and continuing contact with everyday life of service users. Action research as a moment seems to enlarge power and influence of the users on kinds and quality of services when users are involved into research process as important members of community, as partners, researchers, ethno-graphs, translators and activists.
