We have presented the phenolic profile and amounts of tree different olive fruit cultivars. The polyphenol profile was obtained with HPLC coupled with DAD and MS detection. Two cultivars were Slovenian (Istrska Belica and Črnica) and one from Croatia (Oblica). We have found out that cultivars differe in the profile of major phenols, as well as in their quantity.

COBISS.SI-ID: 990715We've presented the results of research, where the impacts of 1-MCP treatment (ripening regulator which affects the growth hormone ethylene receptors) on sweet cherry polyphenols accumulation has been studied. Our results have revealed that 1-MCP has stress impacts on polyphenol accumulation in cherries since treated cherries contained higher amounts of anthocyanins and hydroxycinnamic acids compared to non-treated cherries.
