Dr. Barbara Orel, a member of the project group, was the selector of works for the competing and the accompanying programme at the most notable national performing arts festival, the Borštnik Theatre Festival. The works competed for the Borštnik awards, the most important form of recognition for those working in the field of performing arts, and included the best productions of the season. The accompanying programme was based around the topic of “Nation, theatre, community”. Dr. Blaž Lukan, a member of the project group, presided over the Borštnik Theatre Festival jury.

It has 2941 entries and is divided into three parts: the first part includes definitions with semantically and linguistically described and evaluated Slovene headwords (accompanied by English and French equivalents), in the second part there is an English-Slovene dictionary and in the third part a French-Slovene dictionary. Dr. Barbara Sušec Michieli was the coordinator or this group in 2007 and 2008. Together with Prof. Jim Davies (University of Warwick) and Dr. Hana Korsberg (University of Helsinki) she was in charge of coordinating the group’s activities with the executive committee of IFTR and also organized two annual meetings, “Dynamics of Change: Processes of Erasure and Inscription” in Stellenbosch in July 2007 and “Mechanisms of Control and Power” in Ljubljana in March 2008.
