COBISS.SI-ID: 129078016In Ph. D. thesis Nataša Obermajer investigated the role of cysteine protease cathepsin X in regulation of immune response. Her work is focused on integrin receptors, which are specific target for carboxypeptidase activity of cathepsin X. Their activation is crucial in activation and migration of T cells, in maturation of dendritic cells and adhesion and phagocytosis of monocytes and macrophages. The results of the Ph.
