The chapter deals with a segment from the poorly researched history of Slovenian immigrants to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the period between 1882 and 1918 when there were some 920 members of the people’s publishing house St. Hermagora’s Society. Based on yearly reports in the Calendars of St. Hermagora’s Society, the author gives brief presentations of the lives and professions of some of “Hermagorans” who lived in some larger towns in Bosnia and Herzegovina, mostly from Sarajevo. The majority of “Hermagorans” lived in Banja Luka, Bosanska Gradiška, and Mostar.
