Marina Gržinić Mauhler is ordinary professor at the Academy for Visual Arts in Vienna. Her special focus is on the forms of connections between biopolitics and the politics of representation, and on analysing the processes of becoming human in the practice of esthetic abstraction and artistic formalization in culture and theory. The aim of these lectures is to present the research results and the most interesting open questions in the fields of philosophy, politics, psychoanalysis, epistemology, and culture.The lectures are well attended and received, and are published the following year in the journal Filozofski vestnik.
