Adults in Slovenia expected many more good business opportunities than Hungarians and Croatians, and that they also estimated their entrepreneurial capacity as higher, especially in comparison with Hungarians. Slovenian entrepreneurs have, on average, the highest aspirations, probably being to a great extent overly optimistic. Eentrepreneurial frameworks in Slovenia are less conducive for entrepreneurship than in Croatia and Hungary.

Paper investigates possible forms of opportunistic behaviour in transformational outsourcing relationship and indicates possible ways to avoid it. For a collaboration in which the process of transformational outsourcing will prosper participants must be interdependent (and be aware of their interdependence) and have a long-term strategic interest to cooperate.
